I feel like my art is shit compared to others and I cringe at the amount of old art on this account that’s looks so fucking bad, and on top of that my good artwork is unnoticed/unappreciated

dude, you're still learning, are you really 13? You're doing good for your age, better than i was at 15. Mastering the drawing skills is pretty much like mastering the skills of a musical instrument for example, with a lot of practice and time. I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of my work, and i'm very young 22 years. So relax, give time it's time and have fun
Other people will unfortunately always do what they will do, and you cannot magically change your past progress to put yourself at a better place at this instant either. Therefore, as you can't control those things, it's best not to fret about them. What can you do right now to try to work on your art skills and put yourself out there more?
